Both myself and husband have found the motion mat to be of great benefit where stiffness and tight muscles are concerned. We use it on a regular basis. I don't know if I can identify each programme as being vastly different but we are enjoying the results of being free.

I like that it’s easy , charges in the case , it is an amplifier , you can press to lower the volume if you need to , I like to use them for watching TV and listening to music, so I prefer to use these at home, not outside, I have other different hearing aids that are tuned for my ears , these I use for outside the house,
