Shipping Method

We ship with DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics across the UK, and standard delivery is free on all orders. You’ll receive tracking updates by text or email so you know exactly when your package will arrive.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within this time, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us of any non-delivery within 12 days of your purchase date. Replacement orders can only be issued if we've received this notice within the required timeframe.

Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched the same day, usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Orders placed after 2 PM: Dispatched the next working day, usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Next Working Day delivery is available at checkout (order before 2 PM).

• Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take up to 5 working days.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

• Before checkout: You can update your basket anytime.

• After checkout: Please contact our Customer Service team at support@vitadora.co.uk or call 0808 281 5089 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM).

• If you need to cancel, refunds are processed within 14 working days. If your order has already been dispatched, the goods must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Delivery to a 'safe place'

• If a customer nominates a safe place for delivery (e.g. "leave in porch," "leave with neighbour"), the item is considered delivered once our courier has followed that instruction. Any loss or damage to the item from that point is at the customer's risk.
